We
mainly use eastern red cedar for our logs.

Yes,
we also use pine, oak, cherry, black walnut, and sycamore.

Is it available unfinished?
Yes,
but most customers like for us to take care of the finish

Yes.

How do I place an order?

How do I pay for my order and is a deposit required?
A
deposit of 50% is customary on all custom orders, with the
balance due when you pick up your order or before it is shipped
or delivered. We do have an easy layaway plan. Call or email
us for details.
We
accept payment by check, money order or credit card - VISA
and Mastercard accepted. Make checks to Littlebranch Farm.
If you choose to use your credit card, send us your credit
card information by mail, fax or phone. DO NOT
send credit card information in an email as email is not secure.
All
prices are given in United States dollars unless otherwise
specified.

When will my furniture be ready?
Approximately 6 - 12 weeks. This can be more or less, depending on size and back log of orders and the place in the production line.
I will do my best to complete your order in a timely manner, but quality art takes time.
9.
Do you deliver?
Delivery
is provided at no cost within a 50-mile radius. Beyond that,
shipping is charged.
10.
How do you ship and how much does it cost?
Shipping
is provided by common carrier. All shipments are sent insured.
Please have someone available to inspect your furniture immediately
upon delivery. If damage to the shipping container or product
is noted, notify the carrier driver immediately,
then contact Littlebranch Farm via phone. NOTE: If you do
not inform the driver before he leaves the premises, you may
be responsible for any shipping damage..
The
cost for shipping depends on your zipcode and the weight of
the items. Please call or email
us for a shipping quote.
11.
Is the furniture covered by a guarantee?
Littlebranch Farm uses only real wood for all of our furniture, cabinets and mantels. Many pieces are constructed with real logs and solid slabs of wood. We prefer and actually seek out wood with cracks, twists and color. This is the inherent character of wood and is not considered a defect.
Wood adjusts different times of the year to the moisture content of the air. In a sense, the wood breathes. Wood will also adjust to the moisture content of your home. You may notice a slab move ever so slightly or even develop small cracks. A dry home may cause the wood to move or crack more than a home with proper humidity. Be sure your home has proper humidity levels.
Small cracks can be easily fixed by placing wood putty in with a plastic putty knife. Also, some cracks can be highlighted by dabbing black stain in the crack. With proper care this furniture will last for several generations!
Should one of our pieces become unusable and require structural repair, Littlebranch Farm will stand behind it's products. Please drop off the item to our studio, and we will gladly repair it. If you are an out-of-state customer, please ship the piece to our studio in Hamilton, Georgia. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer on warranty items.

What if I am unhappy with the product?
Customer satisfaction is the foundation of our success.
Our customers are overwhelmingly satisfied with their furniture selections. However, if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, contact Littlebranch Farm to return the product.
The product must be shipped back within 7 days after delivery of the product. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. After the product is received at Littlebranch Farm in the same condition in which if left, an online credit will be made at littlebranchfarm.com.
There is no refund or credit on custom wood orders. After the wood has been ordered for your project or has been cut or built, the deposit is non-refundable. There will be a 10% restock fee on all canceled orders. We strive to satisfy all of our customers. We want to work closely with each and every customer to meet all furniture needs.

Where are you located, and do you have a store?
You
can find us just outside of Hamilton, Georgia, 90 miles Southeast
of Atlanta off of I-I85. Sorry, but we do not have a store.
