How to Order Your Furniture

To place your order, simply print out the printable order form here on our website, complete it and either fax (706-628-5390) or mail it to us at our address. You may also phone in your order to 706-628-4046.

If you have any questions, always feel free to contact us by phone or email.

Payment

A deposit of 50% is customary on all custom orders, with the balance due when you pick up your order or before it is shipped or delivered. We do have an easy layaway plan. Call or email us for details.

We accept payment by check, money order or credit card - VISA and Mastercard accepted. Make checks to Littlebranch Farm. If you choose to use your credit card, send us your credit card information by mail, fax or phone. DO NOT send credit card information in an email as email is not secure.

All prices are given in United States dollars unless otherwise specified.

Shipping/Delivery

Orders are normally completed within 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the size of the order and it's place in the production line.

Delivery is provided at no cost within a 50-mile radius. Beyond that, shipping is charged.

Shipping is provided by common carrier. All shipments are sent insured. Please have someone available to inspect your furniture immediately upon delivery. If damage to the shipping container or product is noted, notify the carrier driver immediately, then contact Littlebranch Farm via phone. NOTE: If you do not inform the driver before he leaves the premises, you may be responsible for any shipping damage.

The cost for shipping depends on your zipcode and the weight of the items. Please call or email us for a shipping quote.

Guarantee

Littlebranch Farm guarantees the structural stability of its furniture for 5 years from date of purchase under normal wear and tear. In the event that structural stability is compromised, Littlebranch Farm will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item. Littlebranch Farm furniture is made of natural log. As all solid wood furniture continually absorbs and dispels moisture, checks can occur in any log furniture. These checks along with burls and scars and knots, do not compromise the structural stability of our furniture, and are not subject to our guarantee.

Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is the foundation of our success. Our customers are overwhelmingly satisfied with their furniture selections. However, if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased contact Littlebranch Farm to return the product. The product must be shipped back within 7 days after delivery of the product. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. After the product is received at Littlebranch Farm, a refund will be made. Again, if damage is noted at delivery notify the carrier driver immediately and also Littlebranch Farm.
