We are providing you with access to this Site and our online store (together, our “Services”). Our services are subject to the following terms and conditions.
By browsing, accessing, using, registering for or purchasing merchandise on this Site or otherwise using our Services, you are agreeing to all of the following terms and conditions, including any policies referred to herein (collectively, these “Terms”). So, please read these Terms carefully. We reserve the right to change this Site and these Terms at any time. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms‚ you should not browse, access‚ use‚ register for or purchase merchandise from the Site.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting this Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
We strive to provide quality customer service based on best business practices! With this, we have a long-standing history of customer satisfaction. All disputes are handled in mediation within the State of Tennessee. All legal representation is the responsibility of the individual parties involved.

Artisan Rustic Furniture and decor
Littlebranch Farms policies ensure customer satisfaction. We represent a community of artisan furniture makers and home decor designs. Such as unique custom-made rustic furniture, area rugs, antler furniture, and rustic decor. Littlebranch along with its artisan works closely with clients to provide quality products and customer service. All orders require a 50% deposit to secure a production placeholder. Balance is due upon completion and before shipping. While in-stock items ship within a few days. Our area rugs ship directly from the manufacture within two weeks. We are not responsible for shipping delays by the shipping company or vendors. Our area rugs are made to order by a third-party company.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, international copyright laws, and international conventions. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. If your order is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.
Shipping and handling policies
We depend on select trucking companies and delivery services to deliver our custom rustic furniture and home decor. While these are dependable services please understand that they run under their own policies and procedures. Thus we have no control over their services. Thus we can not guarantee but only estimate delivery dates.
- With a common carrier, unloading is the client’s responsibility but services are available. Liftgate services is available for shipments under 900 lbs and 76″ long. But The drive is not responsible to move the crate once on the ground. Please be kind to the delivery driver and he/she is working under their companies policies. Also, remember these are large box trucks to 18 wheels some roads and driveways may be inaccessible. Plan to have help to move into your home. The client must inspect the product before signing to receive the shipment. Please note any damages to the package and do not sign for the shipment. Contact Littlebranch Farm by phone before the driver leaves. (615-878-6216 is always best ) Please take pictures of the damage and packing material closeup and at a wide view. Along with the delivery document. Although if excessive damage This will help us in filing a claim and expedite repairs or replacement. We also offer in-home hand-delivery on custom orders for a fee.
- If the crate is severely damaged we suggest refusing the shipment due to damages and contact Littlebranch.
- White glove delivery and in-home setup are available in many areas. Please contact us about this service.
- Ground deliver services are available for many items under 150 lbs once packed. Depending on the value of your shipment a direct signature may be required. Also, if the packing has damage, have delivery driver note damages and take pictures. Or refuse due to damages. Contact Littlebranch Farm at 615-878-6216!
- Damaged goods claims must be filed in a timely manner. We will need pictures of damages along with pictures of the BOL showing the driver noted damages.
- All original packing must be saved! Do not destroy the crate or allow the delivery company to take any of the packing material.
- If you signed for the shipment but did not damages on the BOL, you have excepted the product in good condition and all liability claims against Us are void.
- All items are packaged to minimize and protect from damages. Please do not assume neglect on our part if a shipment arrives damaged. Please provide all requested items in a timely manner so we are able to do an investigation along with the shipping company. Not providing the requested documentation to file a claim will void our liability.
- We will replace or repair items damaged per our discretion in a timely manner. Damaged Item does not constitute an order being canceled.
- All replacement will be shipped to the same address as the original shipment. Littlebranch Farm is not responsible for extra charges if the shipment address is changed.

Return Policy
Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, wood countertops, custom furniture built specifically for/to the client. These items are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange. Area rugs are subject to a 25% restocking fee and are refunded with online or instore credit at any of our stores.
Damaged goods
All shipments are packed in a way to minimize or protect products from damage. We take pictures of every shipment before it leaves Littlebranch Farm. Please contact us if the product arrives damaged. Contact Littlebranch Farm at 615-878-6216 and do not sign for the shipment. Take pictures of damaged packing and product along with drivers shipping documents showing damages noted. Also, note any external damage to the crate or packing material. We will need this information to file a claim. Please do not throw away any packing materials until the insurance claim is finished and Littlebranch Farm says it is ok in writing. Failure to follow this policy voids any responsibility by Littlebranch Farm.
Order Cancellations
Prior to production or order being fulfilled a 25% fee to cover merchant fees, labor, and other associated fees. Custom orders canceled forefoot their deposit due to labor and material waste. Once an item is shipped the order can not be canceled.

For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by Us, please do not send such item back to the manufacturer.
You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return or original shipping incurred by Us will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

Refunds and Exchanges
After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, non-transferable merchandise online or in-store credit, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances. If a credit is given it will be valid for use for sixty-days. Original shipping cost is not refunded or given in credit! A 25% restocking fee will also apply. Area rugs are subject to a 25% restocking fee and are refunded with online or in-store credit at any of our stores. There are no refunds on custom orders!
Defective items fall under our warranty
General
At Littlebranch we strive to provide high-quality products and services. While following best business practices put out by the Better Business Bureau. If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.
Our Storage Policy
We understand from time to time things happen whether a delay in construction or other life event disruption. Thus necessitating the need to delay delivery of your purchase. We understand and want to help make this process as easy as possible. Below are a few simple tips and ways we can help
- If we are building your custom furniture order here is the process!
- Timing is everything as we like to ship as the furniture is completed.
- We will reach out about a week before your project starts. If you have a delay please let us know. We can delay starting your project.
- You do not go to the bottom of the list but stay at the top.
- We will reschedule and work with you to prevent any storage charges.
- If you purchase an in-stock item and need us to store it.
- Yes, we will gladly store it for you for 14 days free.
- After 14 days a storage fee $50 per day for single items.
- Multiple items will be quoted.
So if you love an in-stock item no worries we will hold it for you, so go ahead and order. We will work out the details.
Our Warranty
Littlebranch Farm warranties its handmade rustic furniture for 1 year from the time of purchase from Littlebranch Farm. It covers the original purchaser and only purchases from Littlebranch Farm. Damages in shipping are not covered under warranty. Shipping damages must be reported during delivery! (See shipping) At our discretion, we will repair or replace the furniture that is found to defective in material or artistry.
Any warranty claims must be in writing to Littlebranch Farm within one year from the date of purchase. We will schedule an inspection or request specie pictures to determine whether a defect exists. Whether an in-person inspection or pictures is at our discretion.
No warranty is given for outdoor furniture, but it will last for many generations with proper care.
If a defect exists, we will make every attempt to repair it. If repairs are unsuccessful, we will replace it with a similar furniture piece, built in the same design and specs as the original, but each piece of wood is unique. Thus wood varies in color, knots, wood grain, and live edge. Warranty work is only approved to be done by a Littlebranch service agent.
Proper care is important and essential to preserving your furniture’s warranty by Littlebranch Farm. While we stand behind our products, neglect, and abuse are not covered under this warranty. Nor is pet damage, scratches, scuff, indentations, normal wear, burns, and watermarks. Our wash and care will maintain your finish and remove minor and most major watermarks and stains. The sun can cause excessive damage to real wood furniture. Both in sunspots, warping, discoloring, and cracks in the wood along with excessive drying of the wood and finishes. Harsh cleaning chemicals can also damage your furniture. While finishes are great, no wood finish is perfect. All will scratch, dent, dry out, or stain. Proper care and humidity is the key to maintaining quality natural wood furniture.
Littlebranch Enterprises, Inc and DBA’s will not be liable for consequential or incidental damages. Littlebranch Enterprises, Inc and DBA’s will not be liable for any loss, expense, or damage other than the furniture itself that may result from a defect in the furniture.
Littlebranch Enterprises, Inc makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. These and all other implied warranties are specifically disclaimed. Some states do not allow an exclusion or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
Wood adjusts different times of the year to the moisture content of the air. In a sense, the wood breathes. Wood will also adjust to the moisture content of your home. Thus we suggest keeping the moisture of your home at 40% to 45% year-round. You may notice a slab move ever so slightly or even develop small cracks. A dry home may cause the wood to move or crack more than a home with proper humidity. Be sure your home has proper humidity levels. Here is a great link to help you with proper humidity and its importance for your health, instruments, and slab wood furniture.
Furniture care
Littlebranch Farm uses only real live edge wood slabs in our rustic natural wood furniture. We prefer and actually seek out unique wood with cracks, twists, and colors. These are also inherent characteristics of natural wood slabs and is not considered a defect. We use durable natural hard wax finishes. To clean and care for your natural wood furniture, use our simple wash and care during regular household cleaning. While we use UV protectants and quality wood finishes, all wood reacts to sunlight and excessive moisture. It is also important to limit exposure of all-natural wood furniture to moisture, heat, sunlight, as well as dry air. Thus no furniture, mantels, or wood countertop should no be left outdoors. With proper care, your furniture will last for generations.
