This live edge wood platform bed design features a low profile wood plank bed frame. At the same time, a live edge wood slab finds use as the headboard, with bigleaf maple being the wood species of choice. However, wood species such as redwood burl, claro walnut, and Douglas fir are options. The platform base comes in a standard gray wash stain, but natural wood and other stain options are available. This live edge platform bed design features a low profile platform base at 10″ tall. As part of our natural wood and live edge furniture series, each rustic bed is one of a kind. Also, available in California king, queen, and standard king. While nightstands are options they are not built into this natural wood platform bed design. We use a durable as well as easy to care for natural wood finish in satin/matte standard but semi and gloss finish are available. This wood platform bed will ship common carrier. Also, simple assembly required.
